Comfortable Stay with Warm Service
A delightful two-night stay! The staff really make you feel at home. Carrie at the front desk was especially accommodating, and Monica’s thoughtful swan towel decor added a special touch for the newlyweds. Enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor seating area, a nice bonus for unwinding.

I stayed in a King Studio Suite and it was not great. The room smelled like smoke, which was super unpleasant. The carpets looked dirty, like they hadn't been vacuumed in days. I asked for another room, but they had none available and the front desk couldn't help me out. It really felt poorly managed. Definitely not what I expected.

Kerry is a superstar!
Our stay was much better thanks to Kerry, who went above and beyond for us. She was always cheerful, handled breakfast like a pro, and even helped us switch rooms when we had a noisy bed. The pool was warm, but it could've used a good cleaning. The snack bar was a nice touch, too!

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. For example, one woman even helped my daughter with her waffle, like she was a chef in a five-star restaurant. Plus, I had a moment where I lost my daughter's favorite stuffed animal, and a housekeeper was super helpful in finding it—these are the little things that really matter.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but the experience was still worth it.

great access to parks and restaurants for a weekend stroll
I enjoyed my stay as the breakfast was great, and I loved how easy it was to walk to beautiful River Highlands State Park and charming restaurants like Elizabeth's Bar & Restaurant, perfect for taking in a weekend full of sightseeing and good food.

Great breakfast and location, but the washcloths need replacing immediately.

Kinda rough around the edges
So, I had a pretty rough stay. The place kinda smelled like smoke, and it felt like nobody was payin' attention to the cleanliness of the carpets. Also, no ATM on-site for laundry, which is a hassle when you can’t find cash. The snack bar was a nice touch, though.

The king room had impressive artwork that added character to the stay. However, the carpets were not well-kept and may not have been vacuumed recently. Additionally, the location was decent, but there were issues with room cleanliness that detracted from the overall experience.

The staff was extremely welcoming, especially Kerry who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. I can't forget how she personally handled our breakfast buffet when they were short-staffed, keeping everything running smoothly even under pressure.
It wasn't inexpensive for what we got, but it was still acceptable for the service we received.
